Co-Owner Lester Pace brings elite-level industry authority to Hit Distro. A former Senior Vice President of Radio Promotions at Roc Nation, Lester has spent more than three decades shaping culture, breaking records, and building artists at the highest level of the music business.
His foundation was built in Houston radio before rising through leadership at Rap-A-Lot Records, where he played a pivotal role in elevating iconic acts. He later served as National Director of Promotions at Interscope Records, expanding his national influence and industry reach.
